CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time.

 

Sport specific programming, scheduling, equipment, and coaching for the recreational or competitive Weightlifter.

With 7 classes per day to choose from, we offer the best weightlifting program in the Inland Empire.

 
 

Our brand new facility includes 1,200 square feet of weight/strength training, body building, power lifting, weightlifting and strongman equipment.

From running to rowing to assault biking, we also have cardio equipment to suit the many needs of local athletes.

 

High-intensity interval training with an emphasis on cardio conditioning in a fun, group environment. This program focuses on fat loss while increasing health and fitness from the inside out.

 

Personal private training for specific needs and 1-on-1 attention from a certified trainer. Privates are scheduled at a time that is best for members and lasts 1 hour.  Packages available for 1-20 sessions. Large packages are heavily discounted. Our trainers can handle anything from strength gains to fat loss. Our conditioning workouts will increase aerobic capacity and cardio respiratory endurance. 

 
 

Get an edge on your competition with our Speed, Strength, and Agility Training for goal-oriented athletes with sport-specific needs.

We provide teen speed and agility, teen speed and strength, and teen Crossfit in our semi-private group training program for teens, ages 12-17.
