FitCon
CrossFit at Eastvale Athletics

A general Fitness Conditioning (FitCon) program combining the skills of gymnastics with the techniques and accessories of weightlifting. The combination of movements yields elite levels of fitness with a never-ending array of skills and challenges to overcome.  Our goal for each member is to build habits, knowledge, and longevity that will carry them well into later years of life by training the mind, muscles, heart, and lungs simultaneously.

Sport specific programming, scheduling, equipment, and coaching for the recreational or competitive Weightlifter.

With 7 classes per day to choose from, we offer the best weightlifting program in the Inland Empire.

Our brand new facility includes 1,200 square feet of weight/strength training, body building, power lifting, weightlifting and strongman equipment.

From running to rowing to assault biking, we also have cardio equipment to suit the many needs of local athletes.

High-intensity interval training with an emphasis on cardio conditioning in a fun, group environment. This program focuses on fat loss while increasing health and fitness from the inside out.

KIDS FITNESS
KIDS FITNESS (7-12)

Get an edge on your competition with our Speed, Strength, and Agility Training for goal-oriented athletes with sport-specific needs. We provide speed, agility and strength in our semi-private group training program for kids, ages 7-12.

TEEN STRENGTH

A class for the seasoned athlete or novice level teen in need of sport and activity to support their health, fitness, and future. Our teens join adult Fit Conditioning classes but with a $100 monthly discount making it the most affordable and best program for teens. They'll learn accountability, discipline, and respect through our group class environment.

Personal Training at Eastvale Athletics

Meet your specific needs with 1-on-1 attention, training, and guidance from a certified trainer. Private training allows for accountability and affordability for the busiest schedules. Privates are scheduled at your convenience. From strength gains to fat loss, our conditioning workouts will increase aerobic capacity and cardio respiratory endurance**Packages and payment plans available for up to 36 sessions.
